Fall River Deed Sales Span $250,000 To $840,000 As Median Holds At $525,000

Fall River recorded 17 property transfers between July 10 and Aug. 8, with 14 disclosing a sale price ranging from $250,000 to $840,000 and a median of $525,000. The period's top sale was 26 Clement Street Lot A at $840,000, followed closely by two adjacent Brow Street lots that each sold for $700,000 to the same buyer, Kingdom Grind Investment LLC, on the same day. Eight of the 14 disclosed sales fell between $500,000 and $1 million, six were under $500,000, and none exceeded $1 million. Three deeds, including one trust transfer and one estate transfer among family members, did not disclose a price.
