Fall River Property Sales Range From $360,000 to $2.76 Million in Late-Summer Deed Period

Fall River recorded 19 property transfers between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, per Bristol County Registry of Deeds records. Of those, 10 disclosed a sale price, ranging from $360,000 to $2,763,750, with a median of $525,000. The period's top sale was 575 North Main St. at $2,763,750, sold by Oakshire NMS LLC to North Main Street LLC. Three Landolfi-owned properties on Earle, Downing and Goss streets sold the same day to matching-named LLCs, and several other transfers appear to be within-family or trust transactions. Nine of the 19 sales did not disclose a price, a common feature of non-arm's-length deed transfers.
