Fall River Home Sale Tops $800,000 as August Deeds Show $440,000 Median
Fall River recorded 19 property transfers between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26, with 16 carrying a posted sale price ranging from $230,000 to $800,000 and a median of $440,000. The month's top sale was 707 Highland Ave. at $800,000, followed by a $700,000 sale recorded without a specific street address. Three transfers, including a second Highland Avenue property, have no price yet available, a normal registry lag rather than withheld information. Four of the 16 priced sales closed at $500,000 or above, while 12 sold below that mark, and at least seven transactions involved an LLC or corporate entity as buyer or seller.
