Fall River home sales range from $7,500 land parcel to $820,000 house in August roundup
Fall River recorded 13 property transfers between July 31 and Aug. 29, with disclosed prices ranging from $7,500 to $820,000 and a median of $432,500 among the eight sales that listed a price. The month's top sale was 974 Plymouth Ave at $820,000, followed by 781 Eastern Ave at $636,500 and 77 Langley St at $550,000. Five transfers, including properties on David, Oregon, Barlow, Kennedy and Emmett streets, carried no disclosed price and largely involved trusts, life estates or shared family names between seller and buyer. No sale exceeded $1 million, and the dataset offers no basis for comparison to prior months.
