Fall River deed data shows wide price range, most July-August transfers undisclosed

Fall River recorded 19 property transfers from July 17 to Aug. 15, though only six deeds disclosed a sale price. Disclosed prices ranged from $140,000 for a South Main Street property to $825,000 for a Palmer Street property, with a median of $435,000. The remaining 13 transfers were largely family trust, estate or life estate transactions that did not include a sale price, including four separate properties transferred to trust entities associated with the Branco family. Based on the available data, the period's disclosed sales split evenly between properties above and below $500,000, with no price data available for the majority of recorded deeds.
