Fall River home sales for late July ranged up to $749,900, with trust and estate transfers making up more than a third of the month's recorded deeds
Bristol County Registry of Deeds records show 17 Fall River property transfers between July 24 and Aug. 22. Of the seven sales with disclosed prices, values ranged from $400,000 to $749,900, with a median of $430,000. The month's top sale was 52 Lapham St at $749,900, sold by Steven J. and Antonio M. Barbosa to Rosenett M. Belizaire. Ten of the 17 deeds, including three on Meridian Street recorded the same day, did not disclose a sale price; seven deeds overall involved a family trust or estate as buyer or seller. Bed, bath and square footage data were not available for any listed property.
